The aim of HEAT is to reduce the impact of the Hungerford area on climate change through meeting targets for the reduction of CO² emissions, specifically:

HEAT pursues an inclusive partnership with community groups, forums and markets, schools and businesses.  Visit us at the monthly Hungerford Farmers' Market where we have a stall or join us on one of our guided walks.

It has set up a Steering Group & Working Groups for Energy, Transport, Food, Education and Employment, Landscape and Biodiversity and Waste.

HEAT partipates in the Greening Hungerford Campaign which starts early in the New Year. An exciting programme involving the whole community to help you save money, energy & the environment. Supported by West Berks Council & National Greening Campaign
