Newbury Friends of the Earth

Although a small group, we nevertheless enjoy excellent media coverage in the local papers, BBC Radio Berkshire and on Meridian TV. Priorities over the next year are to oversee the Vodafone Green Travel Plan and to maintain liaison with West Berkshire District Council over their waste strategy to ensure there are no plans for new incinerators.
